Our Commitment to Our Clients

It is paramount to us as individuals and as a business that we can become your trusted partner.  To ensure that this happens we have put in place appropriate policies that we believe will protect you and your data when working in partnership with BO2B.

Our commitments start with having the right policies and procedures in place and in use to protect your business.  These include

  • a continuity agreement with an alternative trusted accounting firm in case of emergencies should no one else within the company be able to support you

  • professional indemnity insurance to the value of £2mn

  • a process to manage any complaints you may have

  • data protection and privacy policies in which all personal and contractors are trained to apply

  • staff trained to identify and report money laundering as required by HMRC rules and regulations

at first meeting with you where we will:

  • talk to you to understand your business, what your aims, objectives and any issues are

  • discuss what you are looking to achieve from working with us

  • agree which services you would like us to provide

After this meeting we will:

  • provide you with our terms of engagement

  • complete a Know Your Client risk assessment

You will be required to:

  • agree to our terms of engagement 

  • help us complete our risk assessment to ensure that we comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017
